Vitamins I’m Currently Taking

It’s a tale as old as time- our doctors (and everyone else for that matter) telling us to take our vitamins. While there are so many vitamins and supplements that can help boost our health and immune system, here is a list of the vitamins and supplements that I take on a daily basis.

  1. Vitamin D: to help support bone and muscle strength and our immune system. Buy the one I use here.
  2. Probiotic: to support gut health. Shop the one I’m taking here.
  3. Hair growth multivitamin- I get this prescribed from my hair specialist, but there are a lot on the market right now- including Nutrafol. Talk to your health care provider and see if it’s right for you.
  4. Dote Health Focus supplements: I love taking these focus supplements before my 12 hour shifts or my long days of clinicals. They’re also so helpful when I spend hours studying. Each serving has B12, ginseng, caffeine, CBD, and ashwagandha.

As always, consult with your healthcare provider and make sure these supplements are safe for you to take. This is my current vitamin/supplement routine and I’ve found that it works for me.
