Malibu Farm

Okay ladies and gentlemen, Happy Monday! What does Monday mean (besides back to work- ugh)? A new weekday to try out Miami Spice lunch specials! This week’s feature: Malibu Farm at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami Beach! They had a ton of options and I left feeling super full. Check out the pictures below to take a look at what we ate.

Appetizer: Malibu Blue Nachos & Fish Tacos

The nachos were a-ma-zing. They tasted fresh & weren’t soggy- which is a nacho pet peeve of mine. The fish tacos came with lightly breaded salmon, which was a fun twist to typical fish tacos. The flour tortillas were soft, warm, and made for a perfect seaside appetizer.

Main Dish: Grass Fed Burger & Avocado Pizza

Yes- I had a burger. I had to. It was decked with havarti cheese (my literal FAVE), lettuce, tomato, and a pepperoncini aioli. Side note: aioli is just fancy mayo- can we stop glorifying it? My friend ordered the avocado pizza that was recommended by our server. While it was light and refreshing, I think the Cauliflower Crust Pizza would have been a better entrée to try. But, as you all know, I’m an avocado feen, so it was a must-try.

Dessert: Grilled Chocolate Cake

If I’m being honest (which I always am), this wasn’t the best chocolate cake I’ve had. It was good, but I’ve definitely had better. I got this because I thought it was the best option out of the dessert choices (and it’s already included in the $23 lunch promotion), so I went for it. We also tried the chia pudding, but it was pretty bland.

All in all, I’ll definitely go back soon.

Maybe when it cools down a little bit, because I was sweating until our server kindly moved one of the fans closer to our table. The outdoor restaurant is adorable, chic,  casual, and a great place to grab a bite and have a good time with friends. Plus, its majorly aesthetically cute for Instagram. #Goals.

It’s worth going during Miami Spice, because (for example) the burger alone is $18. During this promo, you get a full-sized appetizer, entrée, and dessert for just $23. Give it a go and let me know how you like it!

Much love from your favorite food lover,

Nicki G.
